Your personal plan in two to three weeks
From order to finished plan: five steps, all comfortably from home, with no doctor appointment and no lab visit.
We get to know you before we measure
Before a single sample goes to the lab, we capture your starting point. A guided online questionnaire of about 15 minutes covers your current supplementation, your diet, your daily life and the areas you want to work on.
This baseline later shapes how your values are interpreted. The same ferritin value means something different for an endurance athlete than for someone with a mostly sedentary day.
Your EVER box arrives at your home
A few days after ordering, your test kit arrives with all materials and illustrated instructions. For the annual full measurement you collect three small tubes of capillary blood with a finger-prick.
If you booked the add-on, you will also find the cheek swab for the DNA analysis and the set for the microbiome stool sample. No appointment, no lab visit.
If the finger-prick does not work for you, your GP can take the sample venously. Your kit stays valid, you use the same request form and the same return envelope.
Accredited labs analyse your samples
Your sample goes to our accredited partner lab in Germany in the prepaid return envelope. Blood results are usually available after about 10 days.
DNA and microbiome go to specialised labs: genetics to Proteopath in Trier, the microbiome to BIOMES in Berlin. Analysis there takes around two to three weeks.
All data is hosted in Germany and processed in line with GDPR. The DNA panel is GenDG-compliant and deliberately excludes disease risk markers.
A human reviews your values and approves the plan
This is where EVER differs from pure algorithm services. Your values are not ticked off one by one but read in context, together with your age, your diet and your answers from the questionnaire.
Right now, Reiner Kraft, PhD, longevity expert and founder of EVER, reviews and approves every Precision plan personally. Soon this will be handled by certified EVER experts, trained in his method.
If a value is out of range, you do not get a supplement plan but a clear note to have it checked by a doctor. EVER Precision does not replace medical care.
Your plan in the app, concrete and prioritised
You do not get a wall of numbers but concrete steps: which substance, which dose, which form, at which time of day, and above all why. Form and timing are not incidental, because they affect absorption.
Everything sits in the EVER app, ready to check off daily. Your values are shown interpreted rather than merely measured, with your progress over time.
And then? The trajectory is the actual point
After six months you re-measure 13 selected values, included in your membership. You see in black and white whether your plan is working, and your expert adjusts it if needed.
If you want to know earlier whether something is moving, you can optionally add a 3-month check. Once a year the full re-measurement of all 27 values follows as a new baseline.
