Testing & process

Once a year the full measurement of your 27 blood markers, plus an included retest after 6 months. We then re-measure 13 selected markers: Vitamin D, HbA1c, CRP sensitiv and Ferritin, plus B12, magnesium, Gamma-GT, the lipid profile (cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, HDL/LDL ratio) and ApoB. You see development, not a snapshot, and your expert adjusts the plan if needed. Optionally you can add a 3-month check (Vitamin D, HbA1c, CRP sensitiv, Ferritin) if you want to see earlier whether your plan is working.

You take the test comfortably at home with a finger-prick. You receive a simple kit with instructions and send the sample to our accredited lab. For the annual full measurement you collect three small tubes of capillary blood, for each retest just one. No appointment, no lab visit.

Once your sample arrives, lab results are usually available in about 10 days. An expert then reviews the analysis and creates your personal plan. In total it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

For the markers we analyse, capillary blood, when collected correctly, is very comparable to venous blood. Modern lab instruments are highly precise and need only small amounts of blood. If a sample is not sufficient for a reliable analysis or is compromised, the lab does not report the affected value.

Yes. The at-home finger-prick is the most convenient option, but your GP can also take the sample venously. Simply ask for a serum tube to be taken, which is a completely standard venous draw and routine in any practice. You do not need a special tube, the practice has everything on hand. Some practices bill the draw to your health insurance, others privately, so it is worth asking before you go. Afterwards you put the tube together with the request form from your kit into the enclosed prepaid return envelope and send it to our lab. Your result is medically validated in the lab and feeds into your EVER plan as usual.

That happens and is no reason to worry. For some people the fingertip simply does not give enough blood. In that case just have the draw done at your GP, as described in the previous question. Your kit stays valid, you use the same request form and the same return envelope. It is best to send the tube between Monday and Thursday so it is not in transit over the weekend.

Yes. If your blood values are recent and contain the required markers, they can be used for your Precision plan. This requires an EVER Precision membership. If important values are missing or too old, we recommend a new measurement.

You do both comfortably at home, like the blood test. For DNA you take a cheek swab, for the microbiome a small stool sample. The samples go to our specialised partner labs: genetics to Proteopath in Trier (Prof. Dr. Kriegsmann), the microbiome to BIOMES in Berlin. Results are usually available after about two to three weeks. DNA and microbiome are only available together as an add-on to the membership.

Health changes. The retest shows whether your most important biomarkers have actually improved. That turns a snapshot into a long-term strategy.

Yes. All analyses are carried out in accredited specialist labs and the measurements meet modern laboratory standards. The only decisive factor is that enough sample material is available. Otherwise the affected value is not reported.

Your plan & results

Many providers advertise as many lab values as possible. We deliberately selected the 27 markers with the greatest practical benefit for most people. Every value leads to a concrete recommendation. More values do not automatically mean better decisions.

A standard blood count mainly contains blood cells and serves medical diagnostics. EVER Precision specifically analyses functional biomarkers such as Vitamin D, Ferritin, ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c or CRP sensitiv. An expert interprets them, prioritises and turns them into a concrete plan for nutrition, supplements and daily life, including progress over time. At your GP you usually get numbers without that interpretation.

AI helps with analysing large amounts of data. The final interpretation, however, is done by a real expert. Blood markers always have to be seen in context: with age, symptoms, nutrition and the other lab values. That is why every plan is reviewed and approved by a human.

Right now, Reiner Kraft, PhD, longevity expert and founder of EVER, reviews every Precision plan personally. Soon this will be handled by certified EVER experts, trained in his method. No anonymous algorithm.

An EVER Precision routine typically includes about 8 to 12 supplements. That can seem like a lot at first, but it is because we do not only look at individual out-of-range lab values. The routine combines a solid foundation, for example Omega-3, creatine, collagen and key vitamins and minerals, with targeted recommendations based on your blood markers, diet, goals and lifestyle. Every recommendation has a concrete reason, and we deliberately leave out anything you do not need. Important: everything is optional and does not have to be started all at once. You can begin with three or four supplements and expand the routine step by step. The EVER app helps you keep track.

No. All recommendations are voluntary. You can keep using products you already have, or order the suggested products in the EVER shop. Your report works independently of that.

No. The membership is complete on its own: blood test, report, plan and app. The add-on (DNA, microbiome and a 60-minute consultation) is optional depth for those who want the full picture.

There is no standard package. Recommendations are created individually based on your blood markers, your diet, your goals and your questionnaire. Some people need only a few additions, others benefit from a more extensive routine.

It is not better, it is different. Your GP focuses on medical diagnostics, usually with a standard blood count, and that is exactly right when you have symptoms. EVER Precision is built for prevention and optimisation: functional markers such as Vitamin D, Ferritin, ApoB or Lp(a), interpreted by an expert and translated into concrete steps for nutrition, supplements and daily life. The two do not exclude each other, EVER complements medical care.

Price & membership

The price covers more than the blood test. It includes the lab analyses, the review by a real expert, your personal report, an individual action plan, the EVER app with your progress, the retest after six months, access to the expert network and a 10% benefit in the EVER shop. That works out at about €1 per day.

Yes. The membership renews yearly and can be cancelled at any time. Analyses and reports you have already received remain yours.

You receive the full blood analysis again. This builds a long-term trajectory of your biomarkers, and your plan is updated based on the new data.

Is EVER Precision right for me?

EVER Precision is for people who want to improve their health long term, who already take supplements and want to know what they actually need, who want to understand their blood markers, who take prevention seriously and who want to measure progress over the years.

EVER Precision is not an emergency or acute care service. If you have acute symptoms or a serious illness, always turn to your doctor.

EVER Precision is operated by EVER Health GmbH, based in Lahnau, Germany. Analyses run through accredited specialist labs in Germany: blood markers through our partner lab, genetics through Proteopath in Trier (Prof. Dr. Kriegsmann), the microbiome through BIOMES in Berlin. Every plan is reviewed and approved by a real expert, currently Reiner Kraft, PhD. All data is hosted in Germany and processed in line with GDPR, and the DNA panel is GenDG-compliant and deliberately excludes disease risk markers. For out-of-range values you do not get a supplement plan but a clear note to see a doctor.

It depends on what you are looking for. EVER Precision is worth it if you take supplements, or want to, and would rather know what your body actually needs than guess. For €365 a year, about €1 per day, you get 27 functional blood markers, an expert-reviewed plan, the retest after six months and the EVER app. Comparable self-pay lab panels cost roughly €190 to €580 depending on the provider, but without interpretation and without a concrete plan. If you have acute symptoms, your doctor is the right place to go.

Safety & availability

No. EVER complements conventional medicine. We help you understand your lab values and derive preventive measures from them. For medically abnormal findings we always recommend having them checked by a doctor.

For out-of-range markers you do not get a supplement plan but a clear note to have it checked by a doctor. EVER Precision does not replace medical care.

All data is hosted in Germany and processed in line with GDPR. The DNA panel is GenDG-compliant and deliberately excludes disease risk markers. You stay in control and can have your data deleted anytime.

EVER Precision is currently available in the EU. In Switzerland we offer the blood test and microbiome on request; the DNA analysis is currently not available there. In the United Kingdom, EVER Precision is currently not available. Questions about availability in your country? Write to us at support@everhealth.ai.
