Before the lab analyses, we capture your history. A structured online health intake asks about your current supplementation, your nutrition, your lifestyle and the areas you want to work on. This intake forms the foundation on which your plan is later built.
Within a few days you receive your EVER Precision test box. It contains everything you need: the DNA sample kit for cheek swabs, the microbiome sample kit for the stool sample and the instructions for the functional blood test. DNA and microbiome you collect independently at home. The blood test is performed at your GP or a partner laboratory.
Your samples are analysed by accredited European laboratories working to ISO standards. DNA and blood test take around two weeks, the microbiome two to three. During the waiting period you receive regular status updates, so you always know where your samples are.
Reiner Kraft, PhD or a certified expert from the EVER team reads your data with you in a 60-minute online session. You don't just see values — you understand what they mean. You ask, the expert explains. The three analyses become one concrete recommendation.
After the evaluation you receive a written plan. It contains concrete recommendations on lifestyle, nutrition and targeted supplementation, prioritised by impact. If you wish, you can receive the recommended supplements as monthly EVER Packs, pre-portioned to your individual plan.
